When Will My Order Be Dispatched?

We normally dispatch orders the same day if received before 2pm. Orders received after that time will be dispatched next working day. At busy times of the year we aim to dispatch within two working days. Please note that we do not post at weekends or Bank Holidays.

How Do I Know My Order Has Been Dispatched?

You will receive an email titled 'your order is on it's way.' Please also check spam/junk folders.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

To cancel an order please email: maybedelilahgifts@gmail.com within one hour as we do dispatch very quickly.

How Do I Return An Order?

Unsuitable items must be returned in their original condition, unworn with tags on, within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please include your invoice in the parcel. Refunds can take up to seven days to process depending on payment method. Please email us at maybedelilahgifts@gmail.com to let us know you are returning an item.

We are unable to refund items that have been soiled or have make up/deodrant stains.

Returns in store must be within 28 days of purchase with items in their original condition, with your receipt as proof of purchase.

Beauty items, personalised items, earrings and underwear are none returnable due to hygiene reasons.

If you receive a faulty or damaged item please email: maybedelilahgifts@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Delivery Options:

Collect From Store: FREE (you will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up, normally within 30 minutes).

Local Delivery: FREE within 8 miles of TA13 5BS. Please provide us with your phone number at checkout in case we have trouble locating your address or need to contact you regarding your delivery.

Standard Delivery: £3.50 Royal Mail Tracked 48 (normally received with 2-4 working days after dispatch).

FREE DELIVERY: Spend £50 or over to receive free delivery. Orders will be posted using Royal Mail Tracked 48 service or we may use a courier depending on the size/weight of the parcel.

Couriers We Use Include: DPD, DHL, Parcelforce, UPS, Evri. 

Please remember that the postage details we provide is the only information we hold about your delivery. After dispatch we have no control over any postal delays or when your parcel will be delivered.

Orders will not be processed on weekends or Bank Holidays.
